Notes for organizers
A short checklist for fundraisers, spirit-wear runs, and other group orders. One coordinator, a date, and a size list will get the conversation moving.
Before you write in
- One person we can reply to
- A rough quantity, even if final sizes come later
- The date people need to wear or hand out the shirts
- Artwork, a sketch, or a sentence describing the print
- Ship-to or pickup notes, if you already know them
How sizing usually works
Collect sizes in a simple list. Mark adult and youth separately. If you are still recruiting, send a range and the day you will lock the count. We would rather start from an honest range than a guessed roster.
What to say about the print
Name the garment (tee, hoodie, hat), the colors you hope for, and print locations such as front, back, or sleeve. If you have a file, say so. If you only have the wording, describe it. We follow up and confirm the print before production.
Fundraisers and spirit wear
Campaigns, booster clubs, churches, and school events use the same path as any other custom order. Ready-made spirit pieces, when you want those instead, are in Community & Schools on the shop.
Larger blank-goods programs are taken on Wholesale. That inquiry form lives on the shop.
